You don't have to be 6'8'' like me to have your head in the clouds around these parts. One minute they were there and the
next they had gone. When walking onto the moors the weather can be your best friend or a formidable foe. You really do need to know the pathways at times like this.

Sorry to miss all your photos Pete, been looking after DW, shes on the mend now tho , phew thank goodness.
such great shots all of them,
Nice photos too--makes me want to be there in person...BTW, like the picture in your header.
Nice photos from a beautiful landscape!
The variety is good. Always something new to see and discover. :)
Happy Sky Watch Friday!
These are amazing, Pete. What a vast landscape.
Your landscapes are wonderful to see. Tell Tom I said, Hello.
nice shots dude. like the last one especially.
What a view! Nice sky watch!
6'8"....you are close to the sky.
Wonderful photo you captured there.
I love the openness.. the feeling it goes on forever ..
All great shots but my favorite is the third one. I sure wouldn't want to get caught out in bad weather.
Awesome photos! I've been accused of having my head in the clouds ;-)
Great set of pictures Pete.. you will have to take these again this year when the heather is out.. or the moors are burnin.
Nice place....I wish to be there for a walk.
Interesting but glad it is there for you and not me. Fog depresses me!
lovely shots, especially the one with the power lines. Thanks for the permission to paint that photo, will get to it soon and e-mail the results to Tom for you to see, if it's any good!
Beautiful Pete :)
Peter, you really must learn to be a more sharing person. Keeping the full 6' 8" for yourself and not sharing any height with people like me is a major character flaw. :-)
Enjoyed your photos!
