Stars In A Pond

These stars were shining so bright I blinked, they are in fact Frog Spawn reflecting the sun. They reminded me of the stars when viewed from the moors where light pollution is not a problem.

Good evening Peter. Unusual photos. Thanks for asking Tom and Jane about Abe. Have a great week-end.

They are really shinning bright and pretty. You do find the most unusual things.

You must be a total artist at heart--you seem to find beauty in everything.

Nice shots Peter. I like the star effect too. Hope Defor is doing OK and getting a special hug and treat now and then.

I managed to post about my hospitalization adventures. Hope you get to read it.

As we begin to thaw, my students are telling me that they have seen pollywogs underneath the pond ice. I can't imagine that being true! It's obvious to me, from your photo, that frog eggs, like any other, need warmth. Beautiful photo.
