I have stopped and rested here many a time with my dog Defor by my side. It as become a favourite spot on my walks around this area of the river Tame. I have took and shown many a picture from around here as well, the first time was of the Sunrise I was pleased to have been asked by SUZI-K if she could paint it.. in fact I was well pleased anybody thought my pictures were worth painting.Suzi as now done the painting and here it is. I love it I really do. I like Suzi's style of painting and I am very proud that a painting of my picture taken from one of my daily walks is now hanging in an exhibition in Africa

My Paintings
Greyhound

Here's two of my dog pictures, I do these by request, off friends and charge just enough to cover costs and feed me and Defor a decent meal. Painting and drawing have always been a way for me to relax, and a way for me to thank people who have helped me in life. I like giving them to some people just to see how much happiness it gives them.
Border Collie
Since getting my first camera in August my painting as taken a backseat because of my photography. I have surprised myself with some of the pictures I have taken. Some of the comments left here have made me very happy, but all have gone a long way to making me realise I should have done this years ago. I am now planing to carry on with the camera and to start painting some of the results. Hopefully my art and my picture taking will bring me the relaxation and happiness I long for.
At the end of another week of blogging I would again like to thank all who have visited here, to the ones who have left comments thank you for your time. I must also at this time thank Tom and Jane for the help and friendship so gladly given.
