Folly

Whats A Folly

In architecture, a folly is an extravagant, frivolous or fanciful building, designed more for artistic expression than for practicality.
In other words someone with money faniced having something unusual built for the fun of it... this one is within walking distance from Hyde town centre.

Some people just have too much money.
