Urban Red Fox

I had been on the hills all morning trying to catch sight of anything of interest, I'd taken the camera which tends to go everywhere with me now. Some of the pictures from that day have been posted already.

As I came off the moors I was dropping in to see a friend on the estate he lives on, something caught my eye in a garden. To be honest I thought it a dog at first but the Red coat and bushy tail was no mistaking it for a Red Fox.

I've seen many foxes in my time, kept one as a pet in my youth but to see one in broad daylight doing the rounds of gardens was certainly something new to me. The coat and overall look was a healthy one... it looked very well fed and very clean. While I was following it from a distance taking pictures a lady told me it was very tame and that the local kids fed it. It called around the gardens where the food is left for it and was not scared when folk were about that it knew.

I must have spooked it following behind and taking pictures, it turn to check me out once or twice and then trotted off. When scared the Fox can put on a turn of speed to leave hounds behind, this one move away as if it was camera shy.

I am so happy that it is alive and able to find safety somewhere and grow and have babies and live for another day. I am also so glad you were able to get a few photographs of the Red Fox Peter. Nice work.

Hello there! Do you know if they make any plugins to safeguard against hackers?
I'm kinda paranoid about losing everything I've worked
hard on. Any suggestions?
